Orders are usually despatched within 4-5 working days of order. This is to allow time for your crystals to be packaged well for a safe arrival.

Free shipping for all orders over £150 under 2Kg
FedEx Next Day under 2Kg and under £150 will be: £5.50*
FedEx Next Day with Insurance Cover is £11.50
All orders are sent FedEx Next Day. Orders exceeding 2kg will have an additional charge which is calculated on checkout

Crystal Auras have gone to great lengths and expense to use sustainable packaging. All our packaging is biodegradable and/or recyclable.
We use recyclable paper, labels, bubble wrap and shredded filler.
To continue our values of being sustainable we will reuse packaging, if you received plastic bubble wrap it was never purchased by us but is reused from our suppliers.
