Meet the founder - Nyree
Nyree Brough’s personal healing journey, combined with her qualifications and extensive research into the crystal marketplace, including sourcing and working with museums, has established her as a respected figure in the crystal market.
Nyree is Certified Reiki Master, IPHM Certified Crystal Healer, IPHM Advanced Crystal Practitioner, IPHM Certified in Pendulums & IPHM Certified in Spiritual Development. Currently working on Feng Shui Consultancy and recognised Gemologist course. She continually studies with industry professionals, furthering her expertise & dedication to education.
These credentials, along with her other spiritual practices, add a personal and trustworthy touch to Crystal Auras, further solidifying its reputation for authenticity and integrity.

At Crystal Auras, our purpose is deeply rooted in Nyree’s heartfelt passion for crystals and her unwavering belief in what truly matters when choosing them. She often reflects on what she would want to know and understand when buying or sourcing a crystal because the journey of each crystal matters just as much as the crystal itself. Nyree believes in the powerful, natural energies that crystals hold and in the simple truth that positive energy comes from a positive journey. She also recognised a significant gap in authentic education and ethical awareness within the crystal industry not just in how and where crystals are sourced, but in the entire journey they take from Earth to hands. With that in mind, the foundation of Crystal Auras was built upon three core values the Three E’s: Education, Energies & Ethics. These values guide everything Crystal Auras do, and they reflect our deep respect and beliefs in the connection and energies between people, crystals, and the Earth.

Nyree has travelled all over the world to meet her suppliers, visit mines and locations where she can, this is above and beyond travelling just to the most commercial popular trade shows. We partner only with suppliers who share our values those who uphold fair labour practices, environmental respect, and integrity throughout the sourcing process. At Crystal Auras, we believe in fair pay for all, which is reflected in our pricing. Every individual within our crystal and supply chains is paid a fair wage at every stage of the process.
We are dedicated to fostering a healthier crystal market, one that is aligned with our core values. Our business ethics are based on applying fair margins that represent a true and honest energy exchange. Contributing to a more sustainable crystal market means:
- Pricing our crystals to reflect their true market value.
- Avoiding inflated or reduced prices that encourage unethical business practices or put pressure on unethical sourcing.
- Not overpricing our crystals to create the illusion of discounted sales for revenue generation.
- Not reducing the price of one crystal in order to add that cost to others.
- Refraining from offering discounted sales because we believe that crystals naturally find their rightful place and should go where they are needed.
- Not discounting crystals as we don’t view them as having a shelf life like food. Our commitment to sustainability means we stock responsibly and avoid contributing to a ‘fast fashion’ market.
- Not using discounted sales as part of a marketing strategy to increase sales.
- Not discounting crystals to devalue them or manipulate their price in order to sell more.
- Ensuring that ethical crystals are accessible to all by offering live sales with full transparency in our pricing.
- We base our prices on the cost of the crystals to us at the time of purchase.
- Discounts and sales may occasionally be offered on branded items. This typically reflects the processes of our suppliers, usually in response to discontinued items or revised products. We have no control over the pricing set by branded suppliers, as these are governed by their terms and conditions.
Exceptions to Discounted Sales
We only offer discounted sales in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or defective crystals.
- A significant decrease in market value.
- Passing on any changes in supply costs.
Our Promise
We promise to always price fairly and ensure that all individuals within the crystal supply chain are paid fairly. Our marketing practices will always adhere to the highest ethical standards, ensuring that our customers and community are well cared for and protected.
Whatsapp Service
We care deeply about our customers, their well fare and their experience with us at Crystal Auras. That is why we offer a dedicated Whatsapp service where you can ask us questions, get customer care and support in real time so you feel comfortable and confident in what you are buying.
We also provide a crystal viewing service free of charge via Whatsapp where our dedicated team will send you a video of the crystals you are interested in by request. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to get back to you during busy periods.
Delivery Information
We ship globally with FedEx, DPD, DHL and Royal Mail.
Orders are usually despatched within 4-5 working days of order. This is to allow time for your crystals to be packaged well for a safe arrival.
Available shipping methods for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.
UK Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for all orders over £150 up to 10kg – covers your items up to the value of £150*
- Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout depending on your location
- Royal Mail Special Delivery will cover your items value up to £750, £1500, £2500 respectively
*You will not be covered for the value of the items if your parcel was to go missing or items were damaged in transit. Please opt in for insurance to be fully covered.
Worldwide Shipping Costs
Shipping prices are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on volumetric weight (weight and size) of your parcel.
- Royal Mail postage will cover you up to £100 of the value of your parcel and we offer DDP (delivered duty paid – US only).
- All FedEx shipping will protect your parcel from loss or damage.
If the cost differs significantly from your calculated shipping amount, we will contact you.
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but please allow up to 5-7 working days.
Customers are responsible for paying import duty tax if you do not ship with Royal Mail > USPS.
Open Box Instagram LIVEs
If you have attended the LIVE on Instagram and would like to save on postage costs, you can simply pay for your items without paying postage which will allow us to safely store your crystals until further claims are made during upcoming LIVEs.
Once order/s are combined, you can then pay postage, your open box will be closed, and your items will be sent.
Open Box Policy – Unshipped Paid Goods
- Definition of Open Box Orders
An “Open Box” order refers to any order where the customer has:
- Paid for goods in full, but
- Not paid for postage, shipping, or collection, and
- The goods remain in our possession pending further action from the customer.
- Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Pay any outstanding shipping, delivery, or collection charges,
- Respond to our communication attempts regarding the dispatch or finalisation of the order, and
- Arrange delivery or collection of the items in a timely manner.
- Holding Period
We will store the goods for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase or our last communication with the customer (whichever is later).
- Right to Reclaim, Resell or Dispose of Goods
If after 12 months:
- The customer has not paid for postage or arranged collection,
- And no response has been received despite reasonable efforts to contact them,
Then we reserve the right to:
- Treat the order as abandoned,
- Return the goods to stock,
- Resell or dispose of the goods at our sole discretion, and
- Retain any payments made, with no obligation to refund or credit the customer.
- No Refund or Credit After 12 Months
Once the 12-month period has passed:
- The customer will no longer be entitled to the goods, a refund, or a credit,
- This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law in the event of faulty or misdescribed goods.
- Reasonable Notice
We will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer by the contact details provided (e.g. email or phone) during the 12-month holding period. Failure to respond or act will be deemed as acceptance of this policy.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Crystal Auras. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we operate a hassle-free returns policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
1. Contact Us First:
For all returns enquiries, please contact our Customer Service team in the first instance. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or by WhatsApp on +447359 859867. Our dedicated team will assist you promptly and guide you through the returns process.
2. 14-Day Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged.
3. Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that any tags, labels, or seals remain intact.
4. Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the return package.
5. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty/damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
7. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
8. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including earrings, including gift cards and open tarot decks for example.
9. Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Sustainability
At Crystal Auras we strive to have as little impact on the planet as possible. We take sustainability seriously and this is covered under all our values of ethics, spirituality, positive energies and even education.
Through conducting research and understanding on how our crystals, products and services can cause damage to our planet, environment and society. Vetting our suppliers and careful consideration goes into who we supply from, work with and our inventory. To ensure we are minimising any damages to our environment and reducing our carbon footprint.
Through our commitment to understanding how our crystals are sourced and our thorough vetting process of our suppliers, the following Crystal Auras commitments have been made to sustainability:
- No explosives or large machinery is used in the mining extract of our Crystals
- The logistics of sourcing are carefully orchestrated to reduce carbon footprints globally.
- Co-ordination of mines, workshops and independents in one country to be shipped all together
- Ethical suppliers who produce short print runs, contribute back to world life and demonstrate sustainability through their carbon footprint and reusable packaging & energies.
- Crystal Auras Packaging
- All our cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable and are made from at least 70% recyclable materials
- Eco-friendly bubble wrap that is 100% recyclable due to its air retention technology so it can be reused
- Natural shredded filler is 100% recyclable and is made from 80% recyclable material
- Wrapping Paper is 100% Pure Natural Kraft and 100% recyclable
- Eco-flow Biodegradable Peanuts (add to water dissolve)
- Crystal Auras stickers are on recycled paper
- QR codes will be used to minimise cards to deliver education on crystals and further information
- Rose Petals and Lavender used are sourced responsibly and ethically
Our servers are run with renewable energy by CloudFare with the green web foundation. We support the World Land Trust charity and always striving to improve our impact.
We love to hear stories from our customers re-using packaging sent, re-purposing the rose petals and lavender for their alter spaces and homes.

Payment Plans
The following payment plans are available at checkout;
Clearpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later payment plans with no minimum value.
Crystal Auras offers a flexible payment plan to support our customers. Please note that we are not a financial service. By choosing our payment plan, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commitment: Enrolling in a Crystal Auras payment plan is a serious commitment to completing your purchase.
2. Non-Refundable: 25% of the total value of the agreed plan is non-refundable.
3. Payment Period: The plan must be completed within the agreed term. If the plan exceeds this period, all payments become non-refundable.
4. Flexible Payments: Payments can be made flexibly within the agreed period. There is no penalty for paying off your plan early.
5. No Late Fees: We do not charge late fees for delayed payments.
6. Missed Payments: Missed or late payments may cause your plan to exceed the agreed term, making all payments non-refundable.
Please ensure you adhere to the terms to avoid forfeiting your payments. Our subscription payment plan is completely interest free.
We offer alternative payment plans like Klarna, ClearPay and PayPal Pay Later for those who are uncomfortable with a non-refundable deposit for the payment plan.
