Orders are usually despatched within 4-5 working days of order. This is to allow time for your crystals to be packaged well for a safe arrival.

UK and NI Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders which cover you up to a value of £150*.
Royal Mail will cover you up to £150 for your parcel by default.
Royal Mail Special Delivery will cover your items value up to £750, £1000, £2500 respectively.
*You will not be covered for the value of the items if your parcel was to go missing or items were damaged in transit. Please opt in for special delivery be fully covered.
International postage will cover you up to £100 of the value of your parcel and we offer delivered duty paid (DDP) worldwide where you pay your duty tax up front on checkout to avoid customs delays and unnecessary handling fees.
We offer competitive rates if your package weighs over 30Kg.
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but please allow up to 5-7 working days.
Customers are responsible for paying import duty tax and handling fees.
Damaged deliveries must be reported to us immediately and no later than 3pm on the next working day after delivery. Please retain the item, shipping box and all packaging, and provide clear photographs of the damage, packaging and shipping label.
Crystal Auras have gone to great lengths and expense to use sustainable packaging. All our packaging is biodegradable and/or recyclable.
We use recyclable paper, labels, bubble wrap and shredded filler.
To continue our values of being sustainable we will reuse packaging, if you received plastic bubble wrap it was never purchased by us but is reused from our suppliers.
