This Palo Santo incense is hand-rolled by talented Peruvian artisans.
For centuries this “Holy Wood” has been used in our Inca culture, from this very ancient practice used today we bring this incense to purify the aura, remove negative energy and neutralise tension in the body. It is recommended for people with depression, anxiety and stress.

Orders are usually despatched within 4-5 working days of order. This is to allow time for your crystals to be packaged well for a safe arrival.

UK Shipping Costs
Free shipping for all orders over £150 up to 10kg – covers your items up to the value of £150*
Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout depending on your location
Royal Mail will cover you up to £150 for your parcel by default.
Royal Mail Special Delivery will cover your items value up to £750, £1000, £2500 respectively.
*You will not be covered for the value of the items if your parcel was to go missing or items were damaged in transit. Please opt in for special delivery be fully covered.
Worldwide Shipping Costs
Shipping prices are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on volumetric weight (weight and size) of your parcel.
Royal Mail postage will cover you up to £100 of the value of your parcel and we offer DDP (delivered duty paid – US only).
All FedEx shipping will protect your parcel from loss or damage.
If the cost differs significantly from your calculated shipping amount, we will contact you.
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but please allow up to 5-7 working days.
Customers are responsible for paying import duty tax if you do not ship with Royal Mail > USPS.
Crystal Auras have gone to great lengths and expense to use sustainable packaging. All our packaging is biodegradable and/or recyclable.
We use recyclable paper, labels, bubble wrap and shredded filler.
To continue our values of being sustainable we will reuse packaging, if you received plastic bubble wrap it was never purchased by us but is reused from our suppliers.
