Q&A
A call with our Studio team is a flat £10 to book, and a call with Nyree is a flat £25, wherever you are in the world. Your full booking fee is deducted from anything you buy during your call. If nothing is purchased, the fee is non-refundable and covers the time set aside for you.
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Just reply to your booking confirmation email.
We call on WhatsApp video or FaceTime – just choose your preference when you book.
No, there’s no obligation to buy, and browsing is welcome. If you buy anything on your call, your booking fee comes off your purchase in full. If nothing is purchased, we keep the booking fee: £10 for a call with the Crystal Auras team, or £25 for a call with Nyree.

Yes. Your usual 14-day right to cancel and return applies, just as with any online order.
