Orders are usually despatched within 4-5 working days of order. This is to allow time for your crystals to be packaged well for a safe arrival.

UK Shipping Costs:

Available shipping methods for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Free shipping for all orders over £150 under 2Kg

FedEx Next Day under 2Kg and under £150 will be: £5.50

All orders are sent FedEx Next Day. Orders exceeding 2kg will have an additional charge which is calculated on checkout.

Worldwide Shipping Costs:

Shipping prices are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on volumetric weight (weight and size) of your parcel.

If the cost differs significantly from your calculated shipping amount, we will contact you.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, but please allow up to 5 working days. 

Customers are responsible for paying import duty tax.

 

Crystal Auras have gone to great lengths and expense to use sustainable packaging. All our packaging is biodegradable and/or recyclable. We use recyclable tissue paper, labels, bubble wrap, shredded filler and Eco-flo (added to water will dissolve). Crystal Auras uses recyclable and Eco-friendly bubble wrap, to continue our values of being sustainable we will reuse packaging, if you received plastic bubble wrap it was never purchased by us but is reused from our suppliers.
