At Crystal Auras we believe in fair pay for all, which reflects fair prices.
Everyone in our crystal and supply chains have been paid a fair wage every step of the way.
Crystal Auras believes in creating and influencing a healthier crystal market aligned to our core values. Our business ethics are based on applying fair margins that reflect an honest energy exchange.
Contributing to a healthy crystal market for Crystal Auras means:
– pricing our crystals to reflect the true market value
– not over inflating or cutting prices to create unethical business practices and indirectly applying pressures to deliver unethical sourcing in the market
– not over pricing our crystals so we can create discounted sales to drive revenue
– not cutting the price of a certain crystal to add that cost onto other crystals
– not doing discounted sales because spiritually our values believe crystals go where they belong and are needed
– not doing discounted sales because we don’t believe crystals have a shelf life like food and part of our commitment to sustainability is to stock hold responsibly and not cause a ‘fast fashion’ market
– not discounting sales for a marketing campaign to increase sales
– not discounting crystals to devalue them or increase their value as part of a pricing strategy to sell more
– making ethical crystals accessible to all- sharing our LIVE sales so everyone has transparency of our pricing
We price based on the crystals cost to us at the time of purchase.
Discounts and sales may happen on branded items which reflects our suppliers’ processes usually in response to discontinued items or revised products. Pricing from branded suppliers is part of their T&C’s and we have no control in.
Crystal Auras discounted sales exceptions are:
– damaged or defected crystals
– change in any significant decrease in market value
– passing on any cost changes from supply
Our Promise to you is we will always price fairly and ensure fair payment to all in the crystal chain. Our marketing will always be held to a high ethical standard and ensure our customers and community are protected and looked after.
