Crystal Auras’ values are based on spirituality, love & light. Our crystal collection will only ever consist of crystals that are ethically sourced, tracked & traced to mine, and not exploited at any stage. All crystals are cleansed and charged.

We take confidentiality seriously and will protect customer information and order details with current, future, and past clients. We extend the same standards to all our customers, suppliers, and associates. We understand and appreciate that purchasing crystals is a personal endeavour and should be respected as so.
Ethics
We take proper account of ethical consideration, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers. Being a truly ethically sourced crystal seller, we are aware of unethical crystal companies that are failing to ethically source crystals and how there can be significant negative implications of this bad practice.
Ethical crystals carry highly valuable benefits and help support the cottage miners and their families, small artisans, precious gem polishers, and crystal adopters due to the quality and purity of the energies sourced and nurtured. In the past, our crystals have been sourced directly from mines, museums, and well-researched suppliers to ensure ethical practice.
To uphold ethical sourcing, we carry out in-depth research and analysis on crystal suppliers before forming a partnership with them. This helps to guarantee that our suppliers are always acting in an ethical and moral way.
Ideally, Crystal Auras aims to source 100% of our crystals from cottage mines worldwide. This means supporting the survival and protection of the ethical crystal market. We work alongside smaller cottage mines and their families to help them generate an honest and ethical income and lift themselves out of poverty. Beautiful, high-quality crystals can be ethically sourced, and this process can help combat poor living conditions and give the next generation more opportunities to earn money, pursue education and improve quality of life.
Crystal Auras does not support any form of exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to, miners, cutters, polishers, crystal trends, child labour, animal cruelty, spirituality, and people who are in vulnerable positions and seeking support and energy from crystals.
Crystal Auras strongly believes that to be ethical as a business, you must be able to demonstrate ethical conduct in all aspects of your business, and promote ethical practice to clients, employees, and customers.
Duty of Care
Our actions and advice will only be provided on an ethical basis. We have a duty of care to our partners, customers, and the planet. Crystal Auras continues to work hard to move away from sourcing crystals from mines where we are unable to guarantee that they are operating in an ethical way 100% of the time.
We have a duty of care to reduce our carbon footprint and feel we have the strongest relationship and partnership to achieve this. Our partners also share the same visions, values, and goals as Crystal Auras when it comes to ethics, morality, and protecting the planet.
Moreover, to become more eco-friendly, Crystal Auras’ packaging consists of recyclable boxes, shredding filler, labels, and filler that can be dissolved in water, meaning it is biodegradable. To become sustainable, Crystal Auras will re-use packaging supplies as much as possible.
We have a duty of care towards our customers. Crystal Auras believes that spirituality is a gift that should never be exploited. And so, we will only support spirituality.
Intellectual Property and Moral Rights
Crystal Auras believes in love and light and will continue to practice and deliver with this in mind. We retain the moral rights in and ownership of all intellectual property that we create and publish.
Crystal Auras believes that there are enough crystals and customers in the world for all businesses to thrive, including other crystal sellers. Therefore, we will never attempt to tarnish the reputation of another company, even if we suspect bad practice. Instead, Crystal Auras will take the lead when it comes to ethical crystal education and empower our customers.
We will do everything in our power to be ethical, eco-friendly, sustainable, and transparent. In turn, we hope our customers and connections will do the same.
Quality Assurance
All Crystal Auras suppliers undergo in-depth research and scrutiny before we establish a working relationship with them. We have partnered with a supplier who has over 15 years in the industry, and over the years, they have developed key connections within the industry to guarantee quality and more importantly ethics. 80% of the crystals we provide are currently sourced from cottage mines around the globe, with the largest employing 20 miners. All crystals can be tracked and traced directly back to the source.
Professional Conduct
We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective, clear, and informative when it comes to crystals. All recommendations, advice, and guidance shared on our website are never influenced by anything other than our clients’ best and proper interests.
Crystal Auras has built strong relationships with our network of suppliers, who have equally built extremely strong relationships and bonds with miners. In some cases, they have even created and built businesses for them, which Crystal Auras is extremely proud of.
Crystal Auras believes in supporting, protecting, and encouraging a transparent crystal market that currently operates with no official practices, accreditations, or governance.
